Gift vouchers must be booked in advance no less than 7 days prior to your intended visit date quoting the gift card number, emailed to us at info@lamiamamma.co.uk

All gift vouchers must be presented by the receiver on arrival as well as mentioned when booking.

This voucher is valid from 1st January 2026, for 6 months.

This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, till the indicated expiry date.

1) This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. Must be redeemed in full on a single purchase. No balance is payable or transferable.
2) This voucher is non-transferable and its validity cannot be extended. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Any items ordered in addition to your voucher value, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 13% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your voucher value on the day.
3)Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
4)To redeem the voucher, simply book online and enter in the booking notes your unique redemption number. Don't forget to show the team your paper or digital voucher. Guest cancellations of voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.
5) Photocopies will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged.
6) Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
7) Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on restaurant dining experiences only.
